He has the Aggregation in Energy and Environment &#8211; Energy and Sustainable Development in Lisbon University, a PhD in Physics from Lisbon University and a Post-graduation in Direcci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de Universidades, Universitat Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalunya, Barcelona. Roberto is a researcher integrated in MARE-IPLeiria and before in the Centre for Sustainable Energy Systems of the University of Lisbon.
