Marta Caetano is a Social Anthropology and holds a PhD from Universidad de Extremadura – Spain, where she developed research on creativity in organizations. Since the beginning of her career, she has worked in the educational field, teaching, but also involved in several projects that promote gender equality, that value professional education and in the implementation of pedagogical innovation in higher education in formal and non-formal contexts. She is commited to advancing education and creating learning environments that are more dynamic, equitable, and transformative.
