Maurice Ryan is director and majority shareholder of Green Belt ltd. and has worked within the group structure since 2008 in a variety of roles. Our business is focussed on the sustainable delivery of successful forestry plantations across Ireland and often beyond. In response to the growing necessity for improved forestry management, sustainable solutions to biodiversity protection and the demand for indigenous carbon credit provision, we have encouraged the adoption of biochar as part of a chemical free forestry establishment and maintenance program. Maurice has a Marketing degree from Dublin Business School and a MBA Distinction from Trinity college, Dublin.
