Milena Savković, MSc, is a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Chair of Production Systems, Organization, and Management. Her research focuses on project success, organizational agility, and project resilience. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering/Engineering Management, with her dissertation titled “Integrated Model for Determining the Impact of Organisational Agility and Project Resilience on Project Success.” Milena has been involved in several national and international projects. Notably, she was a project team member for “Step into a World of New Ideas (Space4Women)” and “Innovation in Action,” funded by the Ministry of Innovation and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. Internationally, she contributed to the “Data Literacy at the Interface of Higher Education and Business (DATALIT)” project under the ERASMUS+ program. She is currently involved in the “Versatile and Innovative Open Educational Resources for Collaborative Virtual and Mobile Learning Arrangements in Higher Education (VIVA)” project, the “Enhancing PM2 Skills and Competencies for EU Funded Projects (PM24EUfunds)” project, and the “European Manufacturing Survey” coordinated by Fraunhofer ISI, Karlsruhe, Germany. Milena is the author of over 20 publications, including journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters.
