Tanja Todorović is a Teaching Assistant and PhD candidate at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. Her academic and research interests lie in the areas of Strategic Management, Sustainability, and Production Management. She is particularly focused on exploring the integration of sustainable practices into strategic decision-making and operational efficiency in industrial environments. Tanja is actively involved in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as participating in national and international research projects related to sustainable industrial development.
